Creating an Appointment
To create a new appointment:
- From the My CRM | Calendar tab, select the New Appointment button. Alternatively, right-click or hover over the New menu button and select Appointment.
- Fill in the details of the appointment. The Regarding panel allows you to link the appointment to an existing company and person.
- Ensure that your name is selected from the list of users, and select Save.
