Adding a New Address to an Existing Company
- Open the company you want to make changes to, and click on the Addresses tab.
- Select the New Address button.
- Enter the details of the new address, or click on the Select An Address To Update Or Copy icon to base the new address on an existing address. The Set As Default check box can be selected to make this address the principal company address.
- Select the Save button.
Note: A new address added in the context of a company is linked to the company, but the Link Status shows as single-linked until the address is linked to one or more contact people. A new address added in the context of a person is linked to the person, but the Link Status shows as single-linked until the address in linked to more than one person or to the company.
